1. Introduction
This Privacy Policy explains how vprinter (the "Service") collects, uses, and shares personal data when you use our website, dashboard, APIs, and ingestion endpoints. We try to keep this short and in plain language. By using the Service, you agree to the practices described here.

5. Cookies
We use cookies to keep you authenticated and to measure and improve the Service. You can control cookies through your browser settings, but disabling them may affect functionality such as staying signed in.
6. Data Security
We use appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect personal data, including encryption in transit and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
7. Data Retention
We retain personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. When you close your account, we delete or anonymize your data within a reasonable period, except where we must retain it to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, or enforce our agreements.
8. Your Rights and Choices
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data, or to restrict or object to certain processing. You can manage much of your data directly in the dashboard, or contact us to exercise these rights. You may also opt out of marketing emails at any time.
